Qualifications

• Expert level Linux knowledge with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Foundational networking knowledge and willingness to learn more.
• Proficient scripting in Go or Python and eagerness to learn both.
• Extensive experience profiling and debugging complex application stacks.
• Experience with configuration management tools (Salt, Puppet, Ansible).

Responsibilities

• Work on global infrastructure projects across multiple regions.
• Resolve highly complex technical issues with deep debugging.
• Develop tools to diagnose, resolve, and triage problems.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration and cross-team work.
• Support a weekend-augmented, 4- or 5-day shift model.
