Job summary

JE CREW PTE. LTD. is seeking a part-time kitchen assistant to support sushi and hot kitchen prep at outlets in Changi Jewel, NEX, and Serangoon Garden. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and assisting the team during peak hours.

You will follow strict food safety and workplace safety procedures, with training provided. Weekend work (Fri–Sun) is required, and pay is up to $14 per hour with weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Must have Food Safety Level 1 certificate.
• Able to work on Fri–Sun weekends on a consistent basis.
• Prior kitchen/F&B experience is an advantage but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sushi and hot kitchen food preparation according to recipe and portion standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, workstations, and equipment.
• Support kitchen team during peak service hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Comply with food safety and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by outlet supervisor/chef.
