Job summary

King Grouper Fish Soup Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a hands-on Fish Cutter to prepare raw fish and handle seafood merchandise, while maintaining freshness and hygiene in a busy kitchen.

You must be able to work weekends and public holidays when required, with shifts from 8am to 5pm and overtime as needed. No formal qualifications required; basic kitchen experience preferred. This is a full-time on-site role at Sembawang with competitive incentives.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cutting fish and handling merchandise of seafood items.
• Must prepare raw fishes in accordance to requirements.
• Monitor and maintain freshness and quality of items.
• Perform housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of your work area in accordance to safety procedures and standards of hygiene.
• Serious, hardworking and responsible.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
