The role requires weekend work (Sat-Sun) with two weekdays off, as part of a 5-day schedule of about 44 hours. Initial appointment is a fixed-term contract, with potential conversion to permanent full-time for strong performers. Responsibilities include handling patient registration, scheduling, inquiries, payments, and maintaining patient records.

Qualifications

• Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling patients and working in a fast-paced clinic.
• Able to work on weekends.
• Able to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration, appointments and enquiries.
• Answer phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Collect payments and process relevant government dental schemes.
• Manage patient records and general reception duties.
• Coordinate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Assist with general clinic administrative duties when required.
