Job summary

Chainstack is seeking a Web3 Technical Support Engineer to help customers build, operate, and troubleshoot blockchain infrastructure at scale. You will own cases end-to-end, troubleshoot RPC endpoints, WebSocket connections, and API behavior while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the overall support experience.

The role requires calm under pressure, precise troubleshooting, and clear customer communication.

Qualifications

3+ years in technical support or similar customer-facing tech role.
Strong understanding of Web3 infrastructure, blockchain nodes, RPC APIs, wallets, transactions, blocks, and gas.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting JSON RPC, gRPC, REST APIs, WebSocket connections, latency, rate limits, and authentication.

Responsibilities

Own support cases from intake to resolution with clear communication and documentation.
Troubleshoot blockchain infrastructure issues across RPC endpoints, WebSocket connections, node availability, and API responses.
Reproduce, isolate, and explain technical issues using logs, metrics, and internal tools.
Collaborate with DevOps, engineering, product, and customer success to resolve issues.
Identify recurring pain points and contribute to knowledge base, runbooks, and incident workflows.
