Job summary

ST Engineering Training & Simulation Systems PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced software developer to join our team in Singapore.

The role focuses on developing, testing, and maintaining C#.NET/JavaScript applications for new and existing projects, with AI-driven enhancements to improve user experience and automation. You'll design and maintain robust back-end services using C#.NET, build scalable SQL databases, and create responsive front-end interfaces with React and JavaScript.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a software developer.
• Experience in full-stack development.
• Proficient in C#.NET and SQL databases.
• Hands-on with React and JavaScript.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability.
• Experience with Git/Azure DevOps for collaboration.
• Good interpersonal communication across teams.
• Understanding of AI/Generative AI is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining C#.NET/ JavaScript application for new and existing projects as well as participating in the design and planning of new software features. Integrating basic AI-driven capabilities to enhance user experience and automation.

• To design, build, and maintain a reusable and robust code using C#.NET for backend services.
• Design and implement database schemas, write complex queries, and optimize SQL database performance.
• To develop and maintain a responsive and user-centric front-end application using React and JavaScript.

Qualities We Value

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a software developer
• Experience in full-stack development
• Knowledge in technologies such as C#.NET and SQL database
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as React and JavaScript
• Ability to adapt quickly to tackle challenges using problem-solving approach
• Understanding in Git/Azure DevOps for team collaboration
• Has a strong interpersonal skill and able to simplify technical concerns for easy understanding between team members.
