Qualifikationen

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, IT, Design or a related discipline.
• Experience managing or producing content for large or complex websites.
• Experience in content audits, website migration or digital transformation projects.
• Strong writing, editing and digital content skills.
• Good understanding of CMS, SEO and web accessibility (WCAG).
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across Singapore and Australia.
• Willing to align with Australian business hours when required.

Aufgaben

• Support the planning and delivery of the Singapore website migration.
• Conduct content audits to identify content for migration, consolidation, improvement or retirement.
• Create, edit and migrate web content according to agreed content standards and guidelines.
• Build and update webpages using the CMS, approved templates and design components.
• Work with Singapore and Australian stakeholders to ensure content meets business and user needs.
• Make basic HTML/CSS and front-end updates where required.
• Ensure webpages meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Check content, links, forms, SEO metadata and user journeys after migration.
• Conduct website testing across different browsers and devices; support Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure webpages follow agreed standards for SEO, accessibility, readability and design consistency.
• Support the resolution of content and website issues identified during testing.
