Job summary

You will collaborate with Product Managers, clients, and internal teams, lead feasibility studies and workshops, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience with Temenos Transact modules for wealth management.
• Proven experience in Temenos Payment Hub (TPH) implementation.
• Strong domain knowledge in securities, derivatives, FX.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Effective project management and timeline creation.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira usage.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Domain expertise in Wealth Management and Temenos Transact modules.
• TPH implementation and related activities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, external teams, and clients to gather requirements and deliver specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless delivery of specifications.
• Translate requirements into clear, concise specifications for the team.
• Lead feasibility studies, workshops, and guide small teams on projects.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment across clients and development teams.
• Create project timelines for specification delivery and ensure deadlines.
• Articulate non-functional requirements and integrate them into solutions.
• Support solution decisions and conduct peer reviews of specifications.
• Perform basic functional testing based on requirements.
• Apply Agile practices and use JIRA for project management.
• Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts.
