Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Temenos Project Manager to lead a small team of 5 specialists, overseeing design, development and deployment for one or more streams. You will define and implement best practices, standards and processes to ensure the quality of the solution, while coordinating with business stakeholders and governance teams on project status and timelines.

Experience in private wealth domain, Temenos banking product knowledge, and strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• 3–5 years leading a team in IT.
• Experience in Temenos banking product.
• Experience in private wealth management domain.
• Proficient in Scrum/SAFe and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Budget execution and forecasting in own area.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team (5) of specialists within the stream and oversee the design, development and deployment for a stream or multiple streams.
• Define and implement best practices, standards and process to ensure quality of the solution delivered.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders on the project status.
• Organize workshops for the team to gather requirements and present solutions to business stakeholders.
• Training and rollout coordination of changes to the business.
• Closely collaborate with all stakeholders involved in project management and governance topics.
