Job summary

Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Temenos TPH Business Engineer with a strong background in securities, derivatives, and foreign exchange (FX). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wealth management and a deep understanding of Temenos Transact modules related to wealth management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Domain Expertise: Leverage a solid understanding of the Wealth Management domain and Temenos Transact modules, particularly those related to wealth management.
• TPH Implementation: Demonstrate knowledge and experience in the implementation of Temenos Payment Hub (TPH).
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with Product Managers, external teams, and clients to identify user requirements and deliver requirement specifications.
• Inter-department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of specifications.
• Effective Communication: Facilitate effective communication between clients, teams, and stakeholders by translating requirements into clear and concise specifications.
• Feasibility Studies & Workshops: Conduct feasibility studies, lead requirements, and solutions discussion workshops, and guide small teams on projects when necessary.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a bridge between clients, development teams, and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across all parties.
• Project Management: Create project timelines for specification delivery and ensure that deadlines are met.
• Non-Functional Requirements: Clearly articulate non-functional requirements and integrate them into solutions.
• Solution Decision-making: Make informed solution decisions and provide clear direction to the team.
• Peer Reviews: Conduct peer reviews of specifications to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Functional Testing: Perform simple functional testing based on requirements.
• Agile Methodology: Apply understanding of Agile methodology and JIRA platform in project management.
• Mentorship: Guide, share expertise, and mentor junior Business Analysts to support their professional growth.
