Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Analyst, Wealth Client Segmentation Strategy at the VP level to shape and deliver segmentation strategies for Citigold and Citi Priority Client segments. You will work at the intersection of segmentation, technology, operations, and client coverage, coordinating across proposition, platform, product mix, and pricing to drive net new assets, client growth, and revenue.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in banking or financial services with client segmentation exposure.
• Ability to analyze data, systems, and business requirements to support segmentation decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive client segmentation strategy for Citigold and CPC segments; coordinate initiatives across proposition, platform, product mix, and pricing.
• Own P&L accountability for the segment and monitor revenue and assets.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery to bring solutions to market on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with finance to evaluate investments and monitor benefits realization.
