Job summary

Citi Wealth is seeking a Senior Analyst, Wealth Client Segmentation Strategy at the Vice President level to shape and deliver segmentation for the Citigold and Citi Priority segments within Citi's Wealth business.

You will work at the intersection of segmentation strategy, technology, operations, and client coverage, coordinating initiatives across proposition, platform, product mix, and pricing to drive net new assets, client growth, and revenue growth across a global wealth segment.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Ability to analyze data, systems, and business requirements to support segmentation decisions and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive client segmentation strategy for Citigold and CPC segments.
• Own P&L accountability for the segment, focusing on net new assets, client growth, and revenue.

Education

Master's degree in business, finance, or related field
