You will acquire and manage affluent clients, providing tailored financial advice and holistic banking solutions. You will drive business growth while delivering exceptional service, develop long-lasting client relationships, and cross-sell investments, insurance and treasury products.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience in banking/financial services, preferably managing affluent clients
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Recognised university degree with CMFAS certifications
• Strong understanding of investment and insurance products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative advisory approach
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Results-driven with initiative and a creative mindset

Responsibilities

• Actively acquire and prospect new Banking clients from the onshore market
• Develop and deepen client relationships to achieve business objectives and growth targets
• Provide professional consultative financial analysis and recommend tailored solutions
• Regularly update clients on market trends, insights, and investment opportunities
• Cross-sell a wide range of banking products including investments, insurance, and treasury solutions
• Ensure superior service standards to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
