GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven Relationship Manager to acquire Premier Banking clients in Singapore and to build lasting relationships with affluent individuals.

The role offers holistic wealth advisory across investments, insurance, treasury, and banking products, with a focus on growing AUM and revenue. You will collaborate with product teams and stay ahead of market trends to deliver timely insights and ensure compliant, high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Relationship Manager/Personal Banker/Wealth RM in banking.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and wealth sales.
• Strong knowledge of wealth products including unit trusts, insurance, FX, and treasury solutions.
• CMFAS certifications (e.g. M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI, CM-EIP, CM-SIP).
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
• Self-driven, sales-oriented, and motivated to succeed in a target-driven environment.

• Collaborate closely with internal product specialists and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and performance targets while maintaining high service standards and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Proven track record in client acquisition, wealth sales, and portfolio growth within the affluent or premier banking segment.
• Strong understanding of wealth management products including unit trusts, insurance, structured products, FX, and treasury solutions.
• Possess relevant CMFAS certifications (e.g. M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI, CM-EIP, CM-SIP).
• Strong networking, relationship‑building, and consultative sales skills.
• Self‑driven, sales‑oriented, and motivated to succeed in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage affluent clients confidently.
