Salt is partnering with a rapidly scaling international bank and seeks professionals open to relocating to Singapore. The role targets candidates currently based in Malaysia who aim to advance in wealth management within a dynamic, global environment.

You will deliver tailored financial advisory services, manage HNW clients, and provide holistic planning and investment solutions while meeting sales targets and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years+ in Premium, Wealth, or Treasury Banking.
• Strong understanding of wealth management products and financial markets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven, proactive and highly motivated sales professional.
• CMFAS certifications (RES5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI) or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored financial advisory services to existing and prospective clients.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) clients.
• Provide holistic financial planning and investment solutions aligned to client goals.
• Offer informed insights and recommendations based on market trends and investment opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high standards of client relationship management.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales, compliance, and advisory documentation.
• Adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and business processes.
