Job summary

Wellington Management in Singapore is seeking a Relationship Analyst for a six-month contract to support our Wealth client relationships. The role collaborates with the Southeast Asia team on business development, relationship management, and client servicing.

You will assist with the full sales lifecycle, coordinate meetings and materials, and respond to inquiries across product and market content, while building strong internal stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in analytical roles within the investment industry.
• Direct buy-side experience supporting Wealth client relationships in Southeast Asia preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience with an investment management firm will also be considered.
• Bachelor's degree; CFA progress is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting support across the sales lifecycle, including qualification of opportunities and RFP coordination.
• Coordinate client/prospect meetings; prepare materials, briefing notes, and follow-ups.
• Respond to client/prospects inquiries on product, portfolio, market content, and servicing under time pressure.
• Build internal network relationships and manage internal stakeholders for effective collaboration.
• Translate client expectations into actions across portfolio services, legal/compliance, and product management.
