Job summary

D L RESOURCES PTE LTD invites an experienced System Analyst to join our Wealth program, translating business requirements into FSDs and TSDs and coordinating across domains. The role focuses on end-to-end solutioning, requirements gathering, and ensuring delivery per UOB methodologies.

You will collaborate with business users, BAs and project teams, review design specs, and provide production support, including post-implementation issues. Chinese communication is valued.

Qualifications

• Bank experience in System Analyst role, retail/consumer banking, wealth management preferred.
• Experience with interface specification and data mapping.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management, Oracle SQL and Java is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork; able to communicate in Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users, BA and project team during initiation and delivery.
• Gather requirements with business users and analysts and propose alternate solutions.
• Develop/Review FSD and map to RTM.
• Develop/Review TSD to meet requirements.
• Review SIT/Test plans and test cases.
• Ensure documentation per UOB delivery methodology.
• Verify vendor code releases against requirements.
• Provide on-going 3rd level production support.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues with architects and development teams.
• Contribute to team goals.
