• Design IT functional solutions for business initiatives or projects, focusing on end-to-end value
• Gather and document detailed business requirements with stakeholders across regions
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for responsible functional domains
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for digitalization
• Explore new ideas/tools and perform initial functional validation
• Provide directions to the project team during development and clarify FSD/BRD queries; engage SMEs when needed
• Collaborate with QA to define test strategy and assist during UAT testing
