What You’ll Do
As the Chief of Staff to the VP of Product, you will act as a force multiplier, strategic partner, and right‑hand to our product leadership. You will be responsible for driving the operational rhythm of the Product organization, leading high‑priority cross‑functional initiatives, and ensuring strategic alignment as we scale our global financial platform.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with the VP of Product to define, communicate, and track the product organization's strategy and OKRs. Drive annual and quarterly planning cycles, ensuring alignment with our overarching global company goals.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and optimize the operating rhythm of the Product leadership team. Identify bottlenecks in our product development lifecycle and implement process improvements to increase team velocity and efficiency across our global engineering and product hubs.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership: Serve as a primary liaison between Product and key departments (Engineering, Risk, Go‑to‑Market, etc.). Step in as a proxy for the VP in key meetings, equipped to make decisions from first principles to keep initiatives moving fast.
- Special Projects & Incubation: Lead high‑impact, cross‑functional special projects that fall outside the day‑to‑day scope of individual product teams (e.g., evaluating new market segments, operationalizing AI internally, or diving into strategic M&A targets).
- Executive Communications: Synthesize complex data and product roadmaps into clear, actionable executive summaries and board materials.
