Job summary

Manpower Singapore is recruiting for a Wealth Planning Solutions Hub role focused on developing and maintaining templates, resources, and knowledge bases. The candidate will support legal and tax opinions, monitor regulatory changes, and assist in training programs for Relationship Managers and Wealth Planners.

The role emphasizes leveraging GenAI/Agentic AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency across multiple jurisdictions within wealth planning structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, accounting, taxation, finance, business, economics or related discipline.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management or related field.
• Familiarity with wealth planning structures including trusts and family offices.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of Wealth Planning Solutions Hub resources.
• Maintain legal templates, documents, precedents and internal materials.
• Develop pitchbooks, product guides, factsheets, and training materials.
• Assist onboarding and implementation of complex wealth planning structures across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate training sessions for Relationship Managers and Wealth Planners.
• Monitor regulatory developments and prepare updates and briefings for internal stakeholders.
• Drive AI adoption and innovation within the Wealth Planning Solutions Hub.
