Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled professional to support the Wealth Planning Solutions Hub. The role focuses on developing resources, templates, and knowledge bases to align with regulatory changes and business needs.

You will coordinate with legal and tax advisors, manage documentation frameworks, and contribute to AI-enabled productivity initiatives across wealth planning structures and jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Trust Services or related field.
• Familiarity with wealth planning structures and solutions including trusts, family offices, insurance structures, philanthropic entities, and succession planning.
• Experience leveraging Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Experience managing resource repositories, knowledge management platforms, databases, or documentation frameworks.
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Wealth Planning Solutions Hub resources and knowledge repositories.
• Maintain and update legal templates, precedents, and internal materials ensuring alignment with regulatory developments and business needs.
• Develop and maintain pitchbooks, product guides, factsheets, and training materials.
• Assist in onboarding and implementation of wealth planning transactions across jurisdictions.
• Support wealth planning structures involving trusts, family offices, insurance structures, and fiduciary arrangements.
• Liaise with external counsel, tax advisors, and service providers on wealth planning matters.
• Review and analyze legal and tax opinions relevant to wealth planning structures.
• Organize training sessions and knowledge-sharing for Relationship Managers and Wealth Planners.
• Monitor regulatory developments and prepare updates and publications for internal stakeholders.
• Support strategic projects and coordinate across stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of AI solutions to improve productivity and knowledge management.
