Job summary

BDO Unibank seeks a senior wealth planning professional to provide comprehensive planning support for Private Banking clients in the Philippines. The role partners with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities and deliver holistic solutions across trusts, governance, philanthropy and intergenerational wealth transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, tax, accounting or finance or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant wealth planning/private banking experience.
• STEP TEP qualification preferred; CFP/CPA advantageous.
• Engagement with high-net-worth clients and families required.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary advice across legal, tax, trust, insurance and investments.

Responsibilities

• Provide wealth planning support to clients, focusing on trusts, succession, family governance, philanthropy, liquidity, and intergenerational wealth transfer.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities and client needs.
• Conduct trainings for Relationship Managers on wealth planning topics.
• Facilitate introductions to approved advisors and trustees per policy.
• Develop thought leadership and planning ideas; stay updated on regulatory, tax, and market developments.
• Create client marketing pitches and internal training materials.
• Contribute to attainment of AuM, NNM, revenue, and wealth planning targets.
• Organize client events, seminars, and thought leadership initiatives.
