Job summary

RBC Singapore is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support the Relationship Manager in managing client relationships within an assigned portfolio. The role emphasizes service delivery, documentation, and efficient trade processing to meet client expectations.

You will coordinate with internal partners, assist with market updates, and help prepare documentation for onboarding and KYC, contributing to risk management and client satisfaction in a fast-paced wealth management environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent is required.
• Typically 5 years of Assistant Relationship Manager experience in Private Banking.
• CACS Paper 1 and 2 completed.
• Excellent communication and client servicing skills.
• Team player with a positive change mindset.
• Excellent administrative and execution track records.
• Advanced Bloomberg & Reuters knowledge.
• Strong knowledge in WM banking products.

Responsibilities

• Support RM in providing admin services to clients, incl. high-visibility or complex requirements.
• Assist in providing updated market information to clients.
• Handle clients’ requests and instructions, including trade processing.
• Provide marketing support for RM and prospect communications.
• Prepare documentation for account opening, KYC and risk profiling.
• Work with internal partners on trade processing, settlement, and remittance.
• Ensure compliance with RBC policies and risk controls.
• Participate in BM team projects and escalate issues as needed.
