Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle customer requests promptly and in compliance with regulations.
• Attend training and briefings.
• Address and follow‑up on customer service requests daily and assist with transactions.
• Identify customers’ financial needs and refer cross‑selling opportunities to Treasures Relationship Managers.
• Process and verify customer instructions for investments (for TARMs certified).
• Offer information on investment products and services (for TARMs certified).
