Job summary

The role requires a Polytechnic Diploma or Degree, at least 3 years in banking, strong communication, and CMFAS certification; knowledge of banking products; you will handle requests, follow-up, and refer cross-selling

Qualifications

• Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor Degree is required.
• CMFAS certification is required as part of the role.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle client inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Achieve service standards for Treasures staff to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure that all customer requests are dealt with in a timely and compliant manner with regulatory and security requirements.
• Attend relevant training and briefings.
• Address and follow-up on customer service requests/issues daily; assist walk-in customers with requests/transactions.
• Identify customers’ financial needs and refer cross-selling opportunities to Treasures Relationship Managers and specialists.
• Process and verify customer instructions for investment products (for TARMs certified in advisory).
• Offer information on investment products and services available to customers (for TARMs certified in advisory).
