Job summary

Emirates NBD Bank (P.J.S.C) Singapore branch is seeking a Client Services Specialist to support Wealth Advisors and the Head of Client Services. You will assist with client orders for investments and lending, oversee pre-sale risk checks, and provide post-trade updates to clients and stakeholders.

You will help with onboarding, name screening, and periodic CDD reviews, while liaising between Singapore and Dubai teams to streamline processes.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in private banking or wealth management.
Strong knowledge of regulatory regimes (local & global).
Self-motivated, proactive, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree; Diploma in Wealth Management desirable.
Certification in CACS Paper 1 and 2.

Responsibilities

Assist Wealth Advisors with client orders for investments and lending transactions.
Support onboarding, KYC and periodic reviews, including name screening and source of wealth.
Coordinate with Singapore and Dubai teams to streamline onboarding processes.
Update client inquiries and maintain KYC documentation; manage regulatory controls.
Monitor client deposits and loan maturities and prepare for portfolio reviews.
Handle administrative tasks and collaborate with SIN branch and Head Office to achieve goals.
