Job summary

TALENT LINK SOLUTION is seeking a Supervisor for water and wastewater treatment operations in Singapore. The role involves overseeing daily plant operations, monitoring performance, and guiding a small team of operators and technicians to ensure reliable, safe operation.

The ideal candidate brings a Diploma in a related engineering field and at least three years of experience in water treatment or utilities, with hands-on knowledge of pumps, piping, and instrumentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least three years of relevant experience in water/wastewater treatment or utilities.
• Practical knowledge of pumps, valves, piping, chemical dosing and instrumentation.
• Experience with wastewater treatment systems (RO, UF, filters, ion exchange or EDI) is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of SCADA or HMI systems preferred.
• Able to supervise a small team and work independently.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental compliance.
