Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a role to implement day-to-day administration and operations of PAssion Wave outlet, plan and deliver water sports programmes, and build partnerships with stakeholders to empower volunteers.

You will develop frameworks to recruit and engage community partners, coordinate with vendors and trainers, and ensure safety and quality of service across activities.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in water sports management or community engagement.
• They must be able to swim at least 50 metres unaided and be willing to work on weekends.
• Experience collaborating with diverse community stakeholders is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and nurture collaborations with water sports associations and community partners.
• Design, implement and evaluate water sports programmes with KPIs.
• Coordinate with vendors, trainers and partners to ensure programme delivery excellence.
• Lead events and community activities to promote programmes and engagement.
• Maintain safety, facility operations and performance metrics across outlets.
