Job summary

Singapore Swimming Club is hiring a Sports Officer, Swim & Sports to support daily operations at our sports and swimming facilities. You will assist members with enquiries and bookings, help ensure facilities are safe and well-maintained, and support events and programs.

The role suits you if you are self-motivated, a team player, and have 1–2 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work rotating shifts are required; 5-day work week including weekends and public

Qualifications

• Minimum N level or ITE Certification in Sports.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• Knowledge in fitness training is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work rotating shifts.
• 5-day work week including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide reception services at the Sports and Swim counter.
• Answer inquiries regarding facilities and programs (phone, email, bookings, billing).
• Assist with facilities management to ensure maintenance and readiness of sports and swim areas.
• Assist in running Sports and Swimming events/competitions.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
• Support other operational duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Management.
