Job summary

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a production/DU operator to handle waste recycling, chemical blending, filling, and loading of ISO-tankers.

The role includes sampling at various locations, packing finish products, and performing computer entries for production and warehousing tasks. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of distillation/DU operations experience or fresh Polytechnic/ITE graduates.

Qualifications

• Experience in bulk liquid waste processing and distillation.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and P&ID documents.
• Knowledge of safety protocols in chemical handling and processing.

Responsibilities

• Operate distillation units and connect feeds to tanks for recovery.
• Maintain hourly logs and ensure unit operates at peak efficiency.
• Perform sampling and loading/unloading of hazardous materials.
• Conduct compatibility testing of mixtures to meet recovery specs.
• Support lab with recovery samples and paperwork.
• Follow production/DU supervisor instructions and safety procedures.
