CORA Environment PTE. LTD. is seeking a Waste Collector at Bukit Merah Depot to assist in collecting and disposing of waste and recyclables from municipal, industrial, and commercial sites while ensuring safety and cleanliness according to company procedures.

Work is from 6:30 pm to 2:50 am, 6 days per week with one rest day, including overtime. Duties include guiding drivers, handling equipment, maintaining hygiene, and wearing PPE as required.

Formación

• Physical fitness to perform manual waste collection tasks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Collect waste materials and recyclables from municipal, industrial, and commercial premises following company procedures.
• Guide the driver safely during collection activities, including vehicle reversing.
• Assist in disposing of waste and recyclables at facilities or authorized disposal sites.
• Clean and reinstate work areas by managing spillages of refuse and addressing overflowing refuse.
• Handle equipment and receptacles properly to maintain operational efficiency and safety.
• Clean and wash collection vehicles daily to maintain hygiene standards.
• Perform waste collection tasks safely in compliance with company SOP.
• Follow workplace safety and health requirements, including wearing proper PPE and safety boots.

Job Summary

• Clean and reinstate work areas by managing spillages of refuse and oil and addressing overflowing refuse
• Handle equipment and receptacles properly to maintain operational efficiency and safety
• Clean and wash collection vehicles daily to maintain hygiene standards
• Perform waste collection tasks safely in compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Follow workplace safety and health requirements, including wearing proper PPE and safety boots
