Job summary

Re Sustainability International (Singapore) seeks a Driver Specialist to perform waste collection from site to disposal facilities using REL/hooklift trucks in a safe, timely manner. You will maintain vehicles, manage records, and ensure safety throughout operations.

Working hours are 6 days a week with day and night shifts (5am–2pm / 5pm–2am). Training and regulatory compliance are part of the role; reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 4 driving licence at all times.
• Minimum 3 years Class 4 driving experience preferred.
• Attend on-the-job or external training as directed.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements and safety rules.
• Be reliable, punctual and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Driver Specialist will be assigned to carry out waste collection services from site to disposal facilities as directed with either driving a rear-end-loader (REL) / hooklift truck with the schedule in a safe, professional, and timely manner. He/she will handle mechanised tools and equipment, and incidents with the including and not limited to the following responsibilities and duties:

• Ensure mechanical motorised vehicles, tools and equipment are replenished, reinstated and maintained including and not limited to greasing, fluid top-ups, to ensure vehicle in tip-top working condition. Maintaining proper records and check as directed.
• Upkeep of vehicle’s interior and exterior and maintain its cleanliness.
• Ensure safety measures are adhered to during operations.
• Report of road hazards which can cause delays in collection services.
• Complete any service/ delivery order forms as assigned whether in copy or digitally.
• Any other duties as assigned/directed.

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence at all time to perform the driver specialist duties.
• A minimum of 3 years class 4 driving experience is preferred. Candidate with related experience is added advantage.
• To attend relevant training as directed whether it is on-the-job or training provider.
• To abide with all the relevant regulatory bodies requirements.
• Good working attitude with professional and safe driving skills.
• Be reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic.

Working Hours

The working hours will be varied subject to actual deployment.

6-Day work week: 5am to 2pm (Day Shift) & 5pm to 2am (Night Shift)
