Nippon Express Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to oversee daily export warehouse activities in Singapore.

You will coordinate with CS and third-party vendors to ensure accurate handling of import/export shipments, while maintaining safety, quality, and housekeeping standards. You will lead toolbox meetings, drive process improvements, and ensure timely completion of daily tasks with a focus on efficiency and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the supply chain industry.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily export warehouse operations to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Customer Service (CS) and instruct third-party vendors on special handling requirements for import and export shipments.
• Conduct daily warehouse toolbox meetings and ensure proper housekeeping.
• Identify and implement improvements to warehouse operations in line with quality management objectives.
• Coordinate with customers and team members to ensure daily tasks are completed on time.
• Ensure all warehouse staff comply with the company’s safety, security, and quality standards.
• Liaise with internal CS teams and appointed service providers on daily import and export warehouse operations.
• Manage third-party transport service providers to ensure smooth deliveries and collections.
