Job summary

double two limited is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support daily operations in our Singapore facility. You will assist the Warehouse Manager, supervise delivery teams, and help ensure accurate inventory, packing, dispatching and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in warehouse/logistics, good communication and Excel skills, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or related field preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle flexible hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in daily warehouse operations.
• Supervise warehouse assistants and delivery operations.
• Coordinate receiving, sorting, packing and dispatching of goods.
• Monitor inventory and ensure accurate stock records.
• Plan manpower and daily work assignments.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness and proper housekeeping.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, drivers and delivery teams.
• Handle discrepancies, damaged goods and operational issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly warehouse reports.
• Support the Warehouse Manager in improving operational efficiency.
