Job summary

DOUBLE TWO PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to join our logistics team in Singapore. You will assist the Warehouse Manager with daily operations and oversee warehouse staff and delivery activities to ensure smooth, on-time processing of goods.

Key responsibilities include inventory control, planning manpower, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. You will liaise with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, especially Excel.
• Able to work flexible hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in daily warehouse operations.
• Supervise warehouse assistants and delivery operations.
• Coordinate receiving, sorting, packing and dispatching of goods.
• Monitor inventory and ensure accurate stock records.
• Plan manpower and daily work assignments.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness and proper housekeeping.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, drivers and delivery teams.
• Handle discrepancies, damaged goods and operational issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly warehouse reports.
• Support the Warehouse Manager in improving operational efficiency.
