Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Warehouse Support in Singapore to receive, store and distribute goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety compliance. 0-1 year of experience in warehousing is preferred; basic MHE operation is required for daily tasks.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, put-away, stock checks, and coordinating with production on raw materials. You will work a 5-day week with 3 rotating shifts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in warehousing or logistics.
• Familiarity with warehouse MHE.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines.
• Forklift driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning for all MHE to prevent dirt and pellet debris.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and following safety guidelines and protocols.
• Operate Forklift, Reach Truck and VNA Truck safely and efficiently.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify against PAD, inspect for damages.
• Unload incoming raw materials with standard practice and ensure labels are affixed.
• Load FG according to customer name, shipment number, items and quantity.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accurate and secure packaging.
• Put-away raw materials and finished goods by location and system tally.
• Liaise with production to issue Raw Material according to MO picking list.
• Perform routine stock checks and assist in inventory counts.
• Ensure proper documents are understood before warehouse activities.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain hazard-free warehouse environment.

Job Summary

Warehouse Support is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing finished goods and raw materials. This role involves maintaining inventory accuracy and assisting in the smooth execution of day-to-day warehouse activities in compliance with all safety regulations.

Role and Responsibilities

a. Perform daily cleaning for all MHE to prevent dirt and pellet debris.

b. Always keep the warehouse clean, organized, and following safety guidelines and protocols.

a. Able to operate Forklift, Reach Truck and VNA Truck safely and efficiently.

3. Import Activities:

a. Perform receive incoming shipments of goods, verify their accuracy against Put-away Document (PAD), and inspect for damages.

b. Perform unload incoming raw materials with standard practice and ensure labels are accurately affixed.

4. Export Activities:

a. Perform pre-loading inspection for all FCL, LCL, and Local Malaysia shipment to ensure outer appearance of FG was intact, container no. and seal no was tally and condition of container was seaworthy to loading.

b. Perform loading FG according to customer name, shipment number, items, and quantity to ensure completion of loading without any discrepancy.

5. Picking & Put-away:

a. Perform picking and packing orders for shipment, ensuring goods are accurately pulled and packaged for delivery.

b. Perform put-away raw materials and finished goods by following standard practice such as physical location and quantity must tally with system.

6. Issue RM Support Production:

a. Able to liaise with production and issue Raw Material to support on time based on a MO picking list.

7. Inventory Management:

a. Perform routine stock checks and assist in conducting periodic physical inventory counts.

8. Administration:

a. To ensure proper documents have been received and understood the work content in order before performing warehouse daily activities.

9. Safety Compliance:

a. Always follow the safety procedures to maintain a hazard-free and compliant warehouse environment.

Education Qualification & Work Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Specific Knowledge
