Job summary

LIAN ENG PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our Tuas facility in Singapore. You will oversee daily operations across warehouse, logistics and delivery, implement best practices, and ensure safety and ISO/AS9120 compliance.

You will lead storemen, drivers and logistics assistants, supervise cycle counts, labeling, and BC data entries, and coordinate with sales for deliveries and urgent orders. Must have 3+ years in warehouse ops and forklift license is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, inventory).
• Experience supervising a small team (store men, drivers, or logistics assistants).
• Comfortable with ERP / WMS systems; Business Central, SAP, or similar is a strong plus.
• Can use barcode scanners, mobile warehouse apps, and label printers (or learn fast).
• Physically fit for standing, lifting, and moving stock for extended periods.
• Meticulous with zero tolerance for wrong bin placement, unlabeled stock, or unclosed transactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities across warehouse, logistics and delivery.
• Improve and implement operational processes and best practices.
• Ensure compliance to MOM BIZSAFE and ISO/AS9120 standards.
• Coordinate inbound receiving, QC, labeling, and system entry in BC.
• Manage outbound picking, packing, deliveries, and proof-of-delivery tracking.
• Lead team supervision and training on receiving, picking, labeling, and safety.
