Job summary

Dashmesh Singapore Pte Ltd invites applications for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead shipping, receiving, stock checks and inventory control in our Singapore facility. You will document warehouse transactions and ensure quality control throughout operations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and the capacity to work with internal and external stakeholders to keep processes safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic English for documentation purposes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (basic data entry and tracking).
• Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Address operational shortfall, maintenance or repair needs.
• Assist in generating Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) investigation reports.
• Conduct WSH risk assessments to determine hazards.
• Determine areas of non-conformance to WSH standards.
• Develop incident/crisis management initiatives.
• Facilitate documentation of business requirements.
• Facilitate stock taking activities.
• Facilitate WSH solution discussions around process improvements.
• Inspect methods to manage dangerous goods.
• Inspect methods to manage time- and temperature-sensitive cargo.
• Manage warehouse planning methods, storage and layout plans.

Role Summary

Dashmesh Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated, reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our operations team as a Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising general warehouse operations and activities. For example, shipping and receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, inventory control, documenting warehouse transactions and quality control.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Practical and systematic, he/she is also responsible for monitoring and improving warehouse performance, supervising safe and efficient operation of material handling equipment by the warehouse team. He/She is expected to work with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish his/her work.

Requirements

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday:
- 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday:
- 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM
All Saturdays will be compensated separately.
