Job summary

ACW Engineering & Marine Services Pte Ltd is a leading provider of ISO Tank Depot, Chemical Storage Terminal and related services in Singapore. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead safe, efficient storage and distribution of DG and non-DG products.

You will oversee daily warehousing operations, drive inventory accuracy, and coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries while ensuring compliance with WSH, IMDG and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience handling Dangerous Goods (DG) and non-DG storage.
• Knowledge of WMS, inventory control and material handling.
• Familiarity with DG storage and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily DG and Non-DG warehouse operations with accurate inventory.
• Lead warehouse staff in receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with WSH, Fire Code, IMDG, SS 532 and internal SOPs.
• Manage safe storage and handling of Dangerous Goods per requirements.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries with customers and contractors.
• Prepare reports, KPIs and participate in audits and continuous improvement.

ACW Engineering & Marine Services Pte Ltd is a leading provider of integrated ISO Tank Depot, Chemical Storage Terminal, Dangerous Goods Warehousing, Tank Farm Operations and Engineering Services in Singapore.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant storage and distribution of Dangerous Goods (DG) and non-DG products.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Tank Terminal Manager , you will be responsible for:

• Supervising the daily operations of the DG and Non-DG warehouses, ensuring safe, efficient and accurate inventory management.
• Leading warehouse personnel in receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and stock control activities.
• Ensuring compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), SCDF Fire Code, IMDG Code, SS 532 and Company operating procedures.
• Managing the safe storage and handling of Dangerous Goods in accordance with statutory and customer requirements.
• Coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries with customers, transport contractors and internal operations teams.
• Monitoring inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Supervising warehouse housekeeping, 5S implementation and equipment maintenance.
• Managing forklifts, material handling equipment and warehouse resources to maximise operational efficiency.
• Preparing warehouse reports, inventory records, KPIs and operational documentation.
• Supporting customer audits, regulatory inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma, Higher NITEC or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Operations or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in chemical, petrochemical, logistics, manufacturing, ISO tank depot or industrial warehouse operations.
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control and material handling practices.
• Familiarity with Dangerous Goods storage requirements and warehouse safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and warehouse management software.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Valid Forklift Operator Licence.
• Dangerous Goods (DG) Handling and IMDG Code certification.
• Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Coordinator certification.
• Experience managing DG warehouses or chemical logistics facilities.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification.
• First Aid or Emergency Response Team (ERT) certification.
