Job summary

Molex Singapore is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee Raw Material warehouse operations. You will lead warehouse personnel, ensure inventory accuracy, drive efficiency, and maintain a safe environment while supporting manufacturing and supply chain objectives.

You will collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Quality, and SAP support teams to ensure smooth material flow. 2nd shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma, GCE 'A' Level, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
• Experience supervising or leading warehouse personnel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Able to work 2nd shift (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Plan workforce allocation and assign daily tasks to ensure operational efficiency and service levels.
• Drive inventory accuracy through FIFO compliance, cycle counts, and physical inventory activities.
• Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies, PPE requirements, and 5S standards.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings to reinforce safety awareness across the team.
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to achieve performance and productivity goals.
• Address operational challenges, employee concerns, and elevate issues when necessary.
• Monitor and report warehouse KPIs, including productivity, accuracy, safety, and overtime performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation, shift records, and incident reports.
• Champion the One Molex Mindset by fostering teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Our Team

You will be part of the DSS organization and work closely with Planning, Purchasing, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Quality, and SAP support teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth material flow and inventory management to support manufacturing operations in Singapore.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Diploma, GCE 'A' Level, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
• Experience supervising or leading warehouse personnel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work 2nd shift (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM)

What Will Put You Ahead

• Knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse best practices.
• Experience with SAP Warehouse Management (SAP WMS).
• Experience supporting cycle counting and inventory control programs.
• Ability to work at least one weekend day when business needs require.
