Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing is seeking a warehouse associate at Boon Lay, Singapore for a 1-year contract (renewable/convertible). The role involves unloading deliveries, inspecting items, storing stock, labeling, and ensuring accuracy in picking/packing.

Candidates should have 2-3 years in warehousing, SAP knowledge, and a forklift license are advantageous. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 0730–1715, with OT possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC with related education.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in Store/Warehouse.
• SAP & Warehouse knowledge is added advantage.
• Possesses a valid forklift license is an added advantage.
• Willing to do OT if required.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries from suppliers or transport vehicles.
• Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and check against delivery notes.
• Store goods in appropriate locations within the warehouse to maximise space.
• Label inventory with relevant information.
• Count stock regularly to ensure accuracy.
• Pick items based on orders.
• Pack goods securely for shipping to avoid damage.
• Label packages with correct delivery details.
• Ensure accuracy in picking and packing to avoid shipment errors.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform routine equipment checks.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Communicate with team and supervisors to coordinate tasks.
• Report issues such as damaged goods or safety concerns to management.
