Job summary

PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring for a one-year contract role based in Boon Lay.

Salary ranges from SGD 2,500 to 3,000 per month, with work hours Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM. Responsibilities include unloading deliveries, inventory checks, packing for shipping, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse. Candidates should have at least NITEC/Higher NITEC with related education and 2–3 years’ warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC with related education.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in store/warehouse.
• Forklift license is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Unloading deliveries from suppliers or transport vehicles.
• Inspecting products for damage or discrepancies and checking against delivery notes.
• Storing goods in appropriate locations within the warehouse to maximize space.
• Labeling and tagging inventory with relevant information.
• Counting stock regularly to ensure accuracy and to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Picking items based on customer or internal orders.
• Packing goods securely for shipping, ensuring they are properly prepared to avoid damage during transit.
• Labeling packages with the correct information and delivery details.
• Ensuring accuracy in the picking and packing process to avoid errors in shipments.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to avoid accidents or injuries.
• Performing routine equipment checks to ensure everything is functioning properly.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues.
• Reporting any issues such as damaged goods, discrepancies in inventory, or safety concerns to management
