QUANTUMCLEAN TECHNOLOGIES (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Manager, Warehouse Plan in Singapore to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate local deliveries. The role requires SAP experience and strong leadership to meet daily targets.

The candidate will oversee inbound and outbound activities, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvements in warehouse processes within a fast-growing semiconductor support environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics or shipment management.
• Hands-on SAP experience in goods receipt, inventory transactions and shipment tracking.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, staging, and dispatch.
• Ensure labeling, segregation, handling and traceability of parts.
• Plan manpower, workflow and capacity to support daily needs.
• Coordinate local delivery arrangements and driver scheduling.
• Ensure accurate packing lists and shipment paperwork.
• Maintain SAP transactions for goods receipt, inventory and movements.
• Raise DMRs for non-conforming parts and liaise with Customer Service.
• Inspect incoming parts and record bookings against targets.
• Oversee inbound checks and ensure turnaround times.
• Other tasks as assigned by manager.

UCT is looking for a talented Mgr, Warehouse Plan to join us in Singapore!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, staging, dispatch, and housekeeping.
• Ensure proper labeling, segregation, handling, and traceability of parts throughout the warehouse process.
• Plan and monitor warehouse manpower, workflow, and capacity to support daily operational needs.
• Coordinate local delivery arrangements, including driver scheduling, ad hoc delivery requests, and delivery priorities.
• Ensure delivery documents, packing lists, and related shipment paperwork are accurate, complete, and available on time.
• Own inbound and outbound shipment follow-up, track shipment progress, and raise delays or risks promptly.
• Maintain accurate SAP transactions and system records for goods receipt, inventory, shipment, and related movements.
• Verify SAP data against physical parts and documents to ensure inventory accuracy and process traceability.
• Oversee incoming parts checks for defects, damage, incorrect or missing parts, quantity issues, and usage count discrepancies.
• Raise DMRs for non-conforming parts and liaise with Customer Service on clarifications, follow-up actions, and closure.
• Ensure incoming parts are inspected, sorted, recorded, and booked in according to daily targets and required turnaround time.
• Any other jobs that might be assigned by manager

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality, or related field

Experience Requirement:

• At least 5 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, shipment management, or incoming parts checks, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Hands-on SAP experience in goods receipt, inventory transactions, shipment tracking, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, delivery documentation, local logistics coordination, incoming inspection, and DMR handling.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills to manage priorities and meet daily targets.
• Must be able to multi-task and able to handle all stakeholders’ needs.
• Candidates with semiconductor industry background will be an advantage.
• Good communication skill.
