Ultra Clean Technology in Singapore seeks a Customer Solutions Specialist II to own the full order fulfillment cycle, from quotation to delivery, partnering with Sales, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Quality and Finance to ensure accurate orders and on-time execution.

You will resolve customer inquiries, manage pricing and availability, follow orders end-to-end, generate operational reports, and contribute to continuous improvements in customer service and processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BA in Business Administration or related field.
• Supply Chain Management knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact for customer issues, service requests, and escalations.
• Support Account Managers in assigned customer activity and admin duties.
• Manage inquiries related to product availability, pricing and delivery timelines.
• Perform order follow-ups to coordinate with stakeholders for on-time delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end order-to-delivery process with internal teams and partners.
• Support quality-related customer requests and coordinate corrective actions.
• Generate and maintain operational reports and dashboards.

UCT is looking for a talented Customer Solutions Spec II to join us in Singapore!

The Customer Solution Specialist serves as the primary commercial and operational contact for assigned customers, managing the complete order fulfillment cycle from quotation through delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring order accuracy, coordinating cross-functional activities, proactively resolving customer issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements while supporting business objectives and operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Acts as a contact point for customer issues, service requests, and escalations.
• Support Account Managers in assigned key customer’s job activity and administrative duties.
• Manage customer enquiries related to product availability, pricing and delivery timelines.
• Perform order follow-ups to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure delivery on time.
• Oversee the full order-to-delivery process, ensuring seamless coordination with customers, internal teams, planning and logistics partners.
• Support to assist quality-related customer requests and coordinate corrective action activities when required.
• Generate and maintain operational reports and customer-related dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within customer service and operational processes.

• Familiarity with customer order fulfillment processes.

Educational / Certification Requirement

Diploma or BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations & Logistics, or related discipline.

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or supply chain operations.
• Entry-level candidates with strong potential and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply and may be considered for a Junior Customer Service Specialist role.
• Acknowledge of full-cycle order fulfilment and order management.
• Experience in SAP will be an advantage.
