Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Singapore is seeking a talented Mgr, Warehouse Plan to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with SAP-based processes. Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in warehouse, logistics, shipment management, or inbound parts checks, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Hands-on SAP experience in goods receipt, inventory transactions, shipment tracking, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, delivery documentation, local logistics coordination, incoming inspection, and DMR handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, staging, dispatch, and housekeeping.
• Ensure proper labeling, segregation, handling, and traceability of parts throughout the warehouse process.
• Plan and monitor warehouse manpower, workflow, and capacity to support daily operational needs.
• Coordinate local delivery arrangements, including driver scheduling, ad hoc delivery requests, and delivery priorities.
• Ensure delivery documents, packing lists, and related shipment paperwork are accurate, complete, and available on time.
• Own inbound and outbound shipment follow-up, track shipment progress, and elevate delays or risks promptly.
• Maintain SAP transactions and system records for goods receipt, inventory, shipment, and related movements.
• Verify SAP data against physical parts and documents to ensure inventory accuracy and process traceability.
• Oversee incoming parts checks for defects, damage, incorrect or missing parts, quantity issues, and usage count discrepancies.
• Raise DMRs for non-conforming parts and liaise with Customer Service on clarifications, follow-up actions, and closure.
• Ensure incoming parts are inspected, sorted, recorded, and booked in according to daily targets and required turnaround time.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality, or related field

Experience Requirement:

• At least 5 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, shipment management, or incoming parts checks, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Hands-on SAP experience in goods receipt, inventory transactions, shipment tracking, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, delivery documentation, local logistics coordination, incoming inspection, and DMR handling.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills to manage priorities and meet daily targets.
• Must be able to multi-task and able to handle all stakeholders’ needs.
• Candidates with semiconductor industry background will be an ad advantage.
