This full-time role ensures orders are picked accurately, packed securely, and dispatched on schedule, while maintaining tidy workspaces and complying with safety standards. You will work with a fast-paced logistics team, use warehouse management systems and scanners, and contribute to continuous improvements in accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse, pick and pack, or similar distribution environment.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift and carry items.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or scanning technology is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating with team members.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic numeracy for accurate order processing.
• Commitment to health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists and packing instructions
• Prepare and pack items securely into appropriate containers or boxes to ensure safe delivery
• Apply labels and documentation to shipments in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Operate warehouse management systems and scanning equipment to track inventory and update order status
• Maintain organised and clean workstations, including proper storage of materials and equipment
• Sort and organise incoming goods upon receipt into the warehouse
• Perform quality checks on packed items to ensure accuracy before shipment
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and resolve operational issues
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
• Support other warehouse duties as assigned to maintain operational efficiency
