JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Woodlands to perform stock picking, packing, and warehousing duties.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.30pm with a focus on timely, accurate deliveries and maintaining orderly warehouse operations. The role involves receiving and processing stock, coordinating with supervisors and colleagues, reporting discrepancies, and daily warehouse housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack stock according to delivery orders/DO received.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Receive, unload and store warehouse stocks.
• Communicate and cooperate with superiors and co-workers.
• Report any discrepancies.
• Basic housekeeping at end of day at the warehouse.
• Handle and operate necessary tools and accessories in maintaining and managing a warehouse.
