Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in omni-channel or e-commerce warehousing management.
• Class 3 driving license and forklift license are advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and SAP or other inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Verify outbound shipments against DOs, invoices, permits, and docs before dispatch.
• Provide onboarding, training, and development on policies, SOPs, WMS, SAP, and safety requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, documentation, and standards in warehouse operations.
• Maintain warehouse security controls for personnel, inventory, equipment, and assets.
• Lead and supervise warehouse teams effectively.
