Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse activities for a bolts and fasteners manufacturer. You will analyse workflows, remove bottlenecks and optimize inbound, picking, delivery and inventory processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyse daily workflows to remove bottlenecks and improve productivity.
• Establish, implement and monitor SOPs for inbound, picking, delivery, returns and inventory counts.
• Hold regular meetings with warehouse team to align operations with top management.
• Train and supervise teams on SOP adherence and corrective action culture.
• Develop KPIs for pickers based on metrics like picking time and orders fulfilled.
• Coordinate across indoor sales, warehouse picking and delivery teams.
• Allocate staff across roles based on strengths.
