Job summary

Nusantara Prime Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a warehouse/production support professional to assist in all aspects of distribution operations in Singapore.

The role covers assembly, test, loading of customer-specific software, packaging, inventory control and shipping to meet targets. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 1-2 years’ warehouse experience, with the ability to perform order picking, system configuration, assembly, inspection and kitting on customer orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution center (AOC) environment preferred.
• Energetic, self-motivated, able to perform order picking, system configuration, assembly, inspection and kitting on customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all applicable processes and procedures are followed during the entire order building process.
• Adhere to Environmental, Health and Safety guidelines.
• Load customer-specific software on vision systems, barcode readers and industrial PCs.
• Use production orders to select the correct material and quantities to build customer kits and validate those kits against production orders.
• Place material into correct stocking location / pull material from the correct location.
• Use delivery pick lists to accurately pick sales order material and quantities for processing.
• Ad hoc duties as instructed by the supervisor.
